The meeting will take place in Lecture Theatre PP2.
PP2 is in the People's Palace, which is a building on Mile End Road, and on the square in front of the Main Entrance to the Queen's Building.
On the map, above, the People's Palace is building 33. The Queen's Building is building 1.
- From Mile End Road, find the conspicuous clock tower in front of the Queen's Building.
- The Eastern entrance to the People's Palace is from the left of the clock tower, as one stands facing the Queen's Building Main Entrance. This is the approach from Mile End Station.
- The People's Palace can also be entered from the West, directly from Mile End Road, through the glass doors marked "Engineering". This is the approach from Stepney Green station.
From Central London there is also a frequent and direct bus service, number 25, with a stop right outside Queen Mary. The Eastbound number 25 bus starts from Oxford Circus and its final destination is Ilford.
